Cooling Off Period - Felt the need to be apart from the casino for some time? Here you can set the Cooling-Off period for your player account for a day, a week, a month, 3 or 6 months. The setting is applied immediately. During a Cooling-Off period you will be blocked from depositing to the casino and will be excluded from all promotional offers for the chosen period. Upon expiring, your account will be automatically re-activated and you will receive the email notification. Canceling the Cooling-Off period will take 24 hours to process. Self-Exclusion Period - Felt the need to be apart from the casino for quite a time? Here you can set the Self-exclusion period for your player account from 6 months up to 12 months. The setting is applied immediately. During a Self-exclusion period there will be no way for you to get to your account. You neither can edit the Self-exclusion period. Please note! Make sure to request the cashout before Self-exclusion period setting. Once your account is locked you will not be able to request for withdrawal. Upon expiring, your account cannot be automatically re-activated. Please address to support to unlock your account. Re-activation is taking 24 hours to process.
Wager Limit - A limit on the wagered amount for a day, a week, or a month. The Wager Limit can be change: my profile > Gambling Limits > Edit Wager Limit
Depositing Limit - Your account can be set with deposit limits. This setting limits the amount you can deposit per day, week or month. The limit becomes effective straight away.
